Duck Roll Recipe

Step 1
To prepare this recipe, take a bowl and add duck along with salt, sugar, and five-spice powder to marinate the duck. Roast the duck for some time in a microwave until it turns golden brown, then pan fry it in some oil till it is crispy.

Meanwhile, take a bowl and knead refined flour using water into a soft dough. Make the dough into 4 pancakes in a non-stick pan over medium flame.

Now, take a greater and shred spring onion, leeks and cucumber with the help of it. Also, shred the roasted ducks and place all these shredded ingredients over the pancake.

Then, spread hoisin sauce over the pancakes and roll them and tie with the help of a spring onion leaf. Microwave for 30 seconds and serve hot with hoisin sauce.
