Chocolate Modak Recipe

All you need is to melt the chocolate and make a dough of graham crackers, chocolate chips, condensed milk, milk and pistachios.

Step 1 Prepare a dough for the modak
For making this sweet recipe, take a saucepan and add milk, chocolate chips and condensed milk. Keep light to medium flame. After a while, the chocolate will start melting and the mixture will turn out to be smooth and shiny. Add graham cracker crust to the mixture and stir. After being cooked half-way through, add chopped pistachios and mix well. The result will be a sticky dough. Keep it aside to cool.

Step 2 Stuff the dough into mould and prepare modaks
Grease the modak moulds with a little refined oil and stuff the moulds with a small portion from the sticky chocolatey dough. After a while open the moulds and you are ready with your chocolate modaks that are ready to be served to Lord Ganesha.
