Step 1 Place the salmon
First, preheat the oven to 200C. Then take a bowl and place the salmon (the salmon should be cut into 3 pieces/ 3 fillets) very nicely into it.

Step 2 Add the chili toppings
Now, add tomato chili sauce, salt, pepper and spring onions to the bowl. Mix all of them very well and coat the salmon nicely.

Step 3 Bake it in the oven
Once your salmon is coated with chili sauce. Place it on the baking tray one by one. Let it bake for about 10-15 mins.

Step 4 Ready to serve
Take the salmon out and check if it's cooked. Garnish it with some spring onions, sesame seeds, oregano, and chili flakes (optional) to add the extra flavor. Serve it hot with some green veggies and enjoy the meal.
