Gravy Of 4 Tomatoes

1 ચપટી કુકિંગ સોડા

1/2 ચમચી મીઠું
શાક બનાવવા માટે:

2 ચમચી માખણ

1 ચમચી તેલ

તજ 1 ટુકડો

લવિંગના 2 ટુકડા

1 ચમચી આદુ લસણનીપેસ્ટ

1/2 ચમચી હળદર

લાલ મરચું પાવડર (ટેસ્ટ મુજબ)

1 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર

1/2 ચમચી હીંગ પાવડર

1/2 ચમચી ગરમ મસાલા

4 ટામેટાંની ગ્રેવી

Tips:
Serve rajma chawal with some onion slices and lemon wedges for a perfect lunch. You can also cook the rajma in an instant pot with 1 cup of water. Make sure you rinse the rajma properly before pressure cooking them. You can make a tomato puree with 2 tbsp cooked rajma for a thicker gravy.
