Besan Coated Peanuts Recipe
Besan Coated Peanut is a Jain recipe that is made with the amalgamation of peanuts with gram flour. This peanut recipe is made in different ways, however here, we have made it in a Jain style. Indeed, even without using onions and garlic, these peanuts make a delectable snack recipe. Step 1 Make the batter
To start with, take a deep bowl and add gram flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, dried mango powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, baking soda and 1 tbsp refined oil. Mix well and keep it side.

Step 2 Coat the peanuts in the batter
Add raw peanuts in water and then, after 20 seconds strain it. Transfer the peanuts to the bowl containing gram flour mixture. Add 60 ml of water and mix well. Lastly, add the remaining oil and mix well.

Step 3 Bake the peanuts
Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes. When done, gently separate the peanuts from each other and then microwave again for 2 more minutes. Do this about 5 times in a similar way to make the peanuts get the crunchy texture.

Step 4 Store in a jar
