Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped cashews and almond, fry till light brown in color. Once it is done, transfer to a plate.

Now in the same kadhai, add whole wheat flour. Fry for a few minutes. Then add 1/4 cup sooji (optional). Fry till it becomes light brown in color.

Then add roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix properly.

Now add powdered sugar and mix for 2-3 minutes.

Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit.

Now take small amounts from the mixture and make laddoos. Make sure you store them in an airtight jar.
