    To begin with, put deep-bottomed pan on medium flame. Add ghee in it and allow it to melt. Stir in black millet flour (bajra flour) in it. Mix well using a spatula and stir continuously.

    Next, add enough water to the mixture and combine all the ingredients well. Make sure to cook the mixture for 60 seconds while stirring continuously.

    At last, add the sugar in the prepared ghee mixture and mix again. Allow the mixture to cook for a minute or two. Serve fresh and hot!
