  • Step 1 Chop the onions

    Firstly chop the onions into thin slices and set them aside.

  • Step 2 Prepare the batter

    Now mix all the dry ingredients together like besan, salt, rice flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, amchur and carom seeds together. Now add water in batches and mix well to make the batter.

  • Step 3 Add chopped onions

    Now add chopped onions in the batter and coat them well.

  • Step 4 Fry the bhajias

    Heat oil in a kadhai and keep it on medium flame. Add the coated onions in the oil and fry until golden brown.

  • Step 5 Serve with chutney
