This mixed veg curry recipe goes very well with chapatis but also tastes good with pooris or parathas. You can also have mix veg curry with some steamed rice. Which is very popular in entire Gujarati cities and villages. In Gujarat, Kathiyawad is very famous for its culture, food, and many other things. This simple but mouthwatering curry is usually made at farms and mostly it is well known as farmers' food. But nowadays this curry is also exclusively available at many Gujarati restaurants and dhabas in Gujarat.
Ingredients:
- 1 Small Sized Cut Capsicum
- 3 to 4 Pieces of Green Garlic
- 1 Big Sized Cut Carrot
- 1 Big Sized Cut Potato
- 1 Small Sized Cut Tomato
- Half Cup Of Peas
- 1 Small Sized Cut Cabbage
- 3tp Spoon Oil
- 1/2tp Spoon Mustard seed
- 1/2tp Spoon Cumin seed
- 1/2tp Spoon Asafoetida
- Red Chilli Powder ( As per Test)
- 1/2tp Spoon Coriander - Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/2tp Spoon Garam Masala
- Coriander leaves ( For Garnishing)
સામગ્રી:
- 1 નાના કદના કાપેલા કેપ્સિકમ
- લીલા લસણના 3 થી 4 ટુકડાઓ
- 1 મોટા કદનું કાપેલું ગાજર
- 1 મોટા કદના કાપેલા બટાટા
- 1 નાના કદના કાપેલા ટામેટા
- અડધો કપ વટાણા
- 1 નાના કદનું કાપેલું કોબી
- 3 ચમચી તેલ
- 1/2 ચમચી રાય
- 1/2 ચમચી જીરું
- 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ
- મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- લાલ મરચું પાવડર (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1/2 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
- 1/2 ચમચી ગરમ મસાલો
- કોથમીર (સુશોભન માટે)
