  • Step 1 Begin with preparing the pancake batter

    Combine the vinegar and almond milk in a large bowl. Let sit while continuing with the rest of the recipe. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground flaxseed and salt. Add water to the vinegar and milk.

  • Step 2 Mix the wet and the dry ingredients

    Mix in dry and wet ingredients. Next, heat a cast-iron griddle or large greased skillet on medium heat.

  • Step 3 Carefully pour the batter on the pan, let cook, and serve.

    Using a ladle, scoop the desired amount of batter onto the griddle. Allow the batter to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup, peanut butter, fresh fruit, or your favorite pancake toppings.
