Cubes of paneer, onion, and bell peppers are marinated with spices and yogurt and then roasted in the oven to perfection.
Traditionally paneer tikka is grilled in a tandoor but you get the same amazing taste by broiling in the oven too!
It’s a famous Indian appetizer were pieces of paneer (Indian cottages cheese) and marinated with yogurt and spices and then grilled until charred.
Onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes are also added to the marination along with paneer.
Once cooked, it’s served with cilantro mint chutney, onion slices, and lemon wedges.

Step 1 Chop the vegetables
To prepare this delicious paneer tikka recipe, wash and dry all the bell peppers and then cut them into a square shape.
Step 2 Blanch mushrooms
Now, cut the stamp of the mushrooms and blanch them into the warm water for 3-4 minutes to remove the rawness.
Step 3 Chop paneer
Next, cut the paneer in square shape.
Step 4 Saute veggies in the pan
Now, take a pan and put it over medium flame. Heat oil and butter into it together. Now, put all the vegetables into it and saute them. Now, add mixed herbs, salt, and pepper powder into it.
Step 5 Stick the veggies in a toothpick
Remove the vegetables from heat after 5-6 minutes and then add fresh cream into it. Now, start putting the veggies into the toothpick.
Step 6 Roast the veggies
Now, take a pan and put some oil in it. Add all the veggies-laden toothpicks in the pan and roast them from all sides. Once done, serve with coriander leaves and mint dip.
