To prepare this delicious dish, peel the cucumbers and slices them into thin rounds and cubes. Then, place them in a strainer and season it with salt. Keep aside.

Now, use a mortar and pestle to crush and mash the garlic clove and mint leaves together. Transfer it to a large bowl and pour the yoghurt into the bowl.

Stir them well and then, fold in the salted cucumber slices. When they are well combined, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy the delicious dish!
