Black Millet Flour Healthy Raab Gujarati Style | How to make Raab in Gujarati
Raab is a natural home remedy to build immunity and is often made in Gujarati households along with their meals in Winter. It is served mostly during wintertime to keep warm and given to people who are recovering after a bout of illness to recover their strength and build up their stamina. It can also be had an energy drink by people who fast (vrat) during the festivals.
Ingredients:
- 1 Glass of Water
- 2tp Spoon Jaggery
- 1tp Spoon Ghee
- 1Piece of Spices Of Taj
- 2 Pieces of Cloves
- 3 to 4 Pieces of Black Peper
- 1tp Spoon of Carom seeds
- 2tp Spoon of Black Millet Flour
- 1/2tp Spoon of Ginger Juice
સામગ્રી:
- 1 ગ્લાસ પાણી
- 2 ચમચી ગોળ
- 1 ચમચી ઘી
- 1 ટુકડો તજ
- 2 લવિંગના ટુકડા
- 3 થી 4 નંગ મરી
- 1 ચમચી અજમો
- 2 ચમચી બાજરી નો લોટ
- 1/2 ચમચી આદુનો રસ
