Step 1 Whisk the cream cheese
To make this dessert, firstly put the cream cheese, almond extract and sugar in a bowl. Whisk them up until they form a smooth creamy and lump-free mixture. Cover, and keep it aside. Meanwhile, remove the stems of strawberries and wash these using cold water.

Step 2 Wash and cut the strawberries
Take the stem-removed strawberries, and delicately cut them open, by drawing an 'X' on their surfaces with a sharp knife. Now, stuff these cut strawberries with the cream cheese mixture by putting in a tablespoon of it in every piece.

Step 3 Refrigerate and serve
Refrigerate them, until the cream cheese and sugar mixture is properly set in the strawberries, and isn't runny or spilling. Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and serve immediately!
