Chicken Dhungar Kebab is very flavourful delicious smoky kebab made with minced chicken. It's very similar to other chicken kebabs, however, the only difference lies in the spices used for making the chicken mixture.

  • Step 1 Make mince chicken

    Cut the boneless skinless chicken in small pieces, then grind it make fine minced from it, take out in a bowl.

  • Step 2 Prepare the chicken patty mix

    Add salt, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cashew paste, fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves with the minced chicken. Mix well.

  • Step 3 Cook the patty mixture around coal

    Heat the coal, make the round circle of the mixture, keep the coal in a small bowl. Keep the small bowl between this mixture.

  • Step 4 Add oil for a smoky flavour

    Pour the little bit of oil on heated coal, when smoke is coming out, close the lid for 15 min or till smoke is finished.

  • Step 5 Fry kebabs until golden brown in colour

    Now remove small coal bowl and mix the mixture once again. Make the kebab patties and shallow fry it in a pan till they are golden brown in colour and fried well.

  • Step 6 Prepare mayonnaise chutney for the kebabs

    Grind a handful of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, salt with a little bit of water. Mix the chutney with mayonnaise and mix well. Your mayonnaise chutney is ready for kebabs. Serve delicious kebab with the yummy chutney.
