    To prepare this yummy chicken recipe, take a large bowl and add melted butter in it and then add curd in the pan and mix well. Next, add the meat masala in the curd and mix once again.

    Marinate chicken with this freshly prepared marinade and put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    After 30 minutes, take out the chicken and grill in microwave at 600/20 minutes for 5 minutes in convection.

  • Step 4

    When the chicken is grilled, heat oil in a large pan and cook the grilled chicken with the remaining marinade for about 5 minutes. Serve with salad!
