Bheja Fry is one of the classics that are enjoyed widely all over the country. Made with lamb or sheep brain, this dish is also a delicacy in many places.

Step 1 Clean and boil the bheja or brian
Wash the brain with normal water first and then boil it in 1 cup of water and add turmeric and 1 pinch of salt in it.

Step 2 Prepare the masala mix
Heat some oil in a pan and add in the finely chopped onions to it. Once the onions cook and turn golden brown, add in the masalas and stir everything well. Add 2 tsp of water and mix everything together.

Step 3 Add in the Bheja, cook and serve!
Now add in the boiled brain and mix well. Break it into bite-sized pieces and mix gently. Cook until the oil separates. Take it out in a serving bowl and serve with some hot naan or tandoori roti!
