Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 red chili
  • 2 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoon curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

For Garnishing :

  • 2 tablespoon grated coconut

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    To prepare this delicious dish, wash the green beans and chop them in a bowl. Then, heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add mustard seeds to it and let them splutter.

  • Step 2

    Then, add curry leaves along with urad dal in the pan, and cook for a minute.

  • Step 3

    Now, add the chopped beans and red chilies to the pan and cover the pan with a lid. Let the beans cook for about 5-7 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Once the beans are cooked, turn off the flame and remove the pan from it. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.

  • Step 5

    Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with a mixture of grated coconut. Serve immediately.
