  • Step 1 Cook spaghetti

    Cook the spaghetti as per the packet instructions. Using a medium-sized non-stick frying pan, saute the garlic in the olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and soft.

  • Step 2 Add all ingredients, mix and serve

    Drain the pasta and add to the pan, then stir in the walnuts, parsley, zest and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and black pepper to serve.

  • Step 3 Note

    In this recipe, we have used instant spaghetti to prepare this dish. However, if you want to do it in the traditional way, just boil the spaghetti with a teaspoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Make sure you donot overcook the pasta, this will spoil the taste of the dish.
