Vegan Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm cauliflower
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • black pepper as required
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk

Recipe :

  • Step 1 Break the cauliflower florets and steam

    Wash the cauliflower nicely and cut each flower separately from it. In a steamer, add the cauliflower and let it steam for 10 minutes or until soft. Transfer this to a blender or food processor and make a puree. Add almond milk to make a fine puree.

  • Step 2 Add the butter and garlic

    In a pan, heat some vegan butter and toss finely chopped garlic into it. Once the garlic loses its rawness, transfer it to the food processor as well and blend again. Now season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley. Serve fresh!
