  • Step 1

    Place a pan over medium flame and add chopped onions, chopped lemongrass and chopped red chilies to it. Fry them using half a cup of water for minimum 5 minutes till it softens and then add the remaining water to it. Give it a stir.

    Now, add the pureed butternut to the same pan and stir it well. Cover this pan with a lid and bring it to boil on medium flame. Once it starts to thicken, remove the lid and add lime juice to it. Give it a stir and let it cook without the lid. Now, pour the coconut milk to it and stir well. Now, transfer it to a blender jar and blend it smooth.

    Now, transfer it to some serving bowl and serve it hot to enjoy!
