Seviyan Halwa Recipe
Sweet seviyan halwa, topped with rich dry fruits is all you need on a chilly winter day. Prepared with seviyan, also called vermicelli, this halwa gives a twist to the usual halwa. If you too are bored of eating atta, besan and sooji halwa, this is the perfect option for you.

Step 1
Heat ghee in a kadhai and fry vermicelli for a few minutes. Once done, add milk powder (pre-diluted in 4 tbsp warm water). Stir well.

Now add melted jaggery and cardamom powder. Cook for a few more minutes.

Once done, garnish with nuts and serve in a bowl.
