Ingredients:

  • 3 Pieces of Mango Pulp
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 2 Cup of Water
  • 4tp Spoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup of  Chopped Cashew And Almond
  • Cashew And Almond (For Garnishing)

  • 3 નંગ કેરી નો પલ્પ
  • 1/2 કપ ખાંડ 
  • 1/2 કપ વેનીલા કસ્ટર્ડ પાવડર
  • 2 કપ પાણી
  • 4 ચમચી ઘી
  • 1/2 કપ કાપેલા કાજુ અને બદામનો 
  • કાજુ અને બદામ (સુશોભન માટે)

Tips:

  • I haven't added any thickening agent so it takes at least 20mins to attain halwa consistency.
  • The halwa will thicken after cooling. You can even spread it on a tray and then cut it. But if you are planning to spread on a tray do it when it is still to only then it will get set neatly.
