Ingredients:
- 3 Pieces of Mango Pulp
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Custard Powder
- 2 Cup of Water
- 4tp Spoon Ghee
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Cashew And Almond
- Cashew And Almond (For Garnishing)

- 1/2 કપ ખાંડ
- 1/2 કપ વેનીલા કસ્ટર્ડ પાવડર
- 2 કપ પાણી
- 4 ચમચી ઘી
- 1/2 કપ કાપેલા કાજુ અને બદામનો
- કાજુ અને બદામ (સુશોભન માટે)
Tips:
- I haven't added any thickening agent so it takes at least 20mins to attain halwa consistency.
- The halwa will thicken after cooling. You can even spread it on a tray and then cut it. But if you are planning to spread on a tray do it when it is still to only then it will get set neatly.
