Step 1
To start with, dissolve saffron in 1/2 tsp milk. Next, take a pan and keep it on a medium flame. Heat oil in the pan and add bay leaves and garam masala. Stir for a minute and then add chopped onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste.

Reduce the flame to low and fry for about 7-8 minutes. Stir in coriander powder and cashew nut paste. Finally, add chicken pieces, curd, salt, pepper, chili powder and saffron.

Let the mixture boil once and then reduce the flame to low. Simmer until chicken is properly cooked. Stir in cream after whisking it. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
