  • Step 1 Wash and peel the turmeric and cut thin slices

    Peel the turmeric and make thin slices. Wash it properly. Heat the pan and add coriander seeds and mustard seeds and fry for 1minutes. Now cool and grind it until a powder is obtained.

  • Step 2 Saute the sliced ginger, hing and chilly powder

    Now add oil in a pan. Add hing, sliced ginger, chilly powder, salt and previously ground powder. Mix it immediately.

  • Step 3 Store in a jar and serve

    Now add sliced haldi and mix everything properly. Transfer it in a jar.and put more oil on it. Pickle is ready
