Drumstick Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 drumstick
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 3 green chilli
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon panch phoron
  • 2 large onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • sugar as required

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Place a pan over medium flame and add water in it along with drum sticks. Let it boil for sometime. Now, drizzle salt over it along with turmeric powder. Once the drum sticks are tender transfer them to a separate bowl and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Place a deep bottomed pan over full flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add panch phoron to it. After a minute add chopped onions to it along with ginger and garlic paste. Saute till the onions appear translucent and brown in color. Now, add chopped tomatoes to it and cook until they become tender.

  • Step 3

    Add green chilies to the pan along with garam masala powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Add the drumsticks to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. Your drumsticks masala are now ready to be served.
