Step 1 Boil the potatoes
Baby potatoes are tough to boil. Boil them for at least 25 minutes till potatoes become tender. Then peel off the skin.

Step 2 Prepare a tomato and ginger paste
Make a paste of tomato and ginger by grinding them together. Put oil in pan/Kadai and heat it. Once the oil is heated, add dry red chilli and bay leaf.

Step 3 Add potatoes the the tomato and ginger paste
Now put the tomato ginger paste in the pan/kadhai. Saute the paste in oil until the tomatoes start to leave the oil. Now, add the boiled baby potatoes and stir well.

Step 4 Add blanched peas to the Kadai
Add coriander powder, pepper powder and sprinkle turmeric powder. Add the blanched peas.

Step 5 Add salt and some sugar
Cook for 20 -25 minutes after covering with a lid. Uncover it and add salt and sugar to taste. Add water as much needed. Cover with a lid and cook for few more minutes.

Step 6 Sprinkle some garam masala and serve!
Now add garam masala powder and ghee. Put off the gas and finish the cooking. Transfer to a bowl and serve it hot.
