    Take a ceramic mug. Coat the insides of the mug with oil. Add all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well using a fork.

    Now take a separate bowl or mug, add egg, milk and coffee essence. Stir it until smooth. Now add the crushed nuts and raisins.

  • Step 3

    Keep it in the microwave for just 1 minute. Once done, either garnish it with chocolate syrup or chocolate chips and enjoy.
