Cheesy Noodle Cutlet Recipe
Craving noodles and cutlets at the same time? Why not combine them and make a fusion snack! Made by mixing mashed potatoes, spices and noodles together, these cutlets become even more flavourful with the addition of cheese. You can either mix maggi noodles or go for hakka noodles, as per your wish.

Step 1
First make maggi noodles by boiling them in water and adding masala. Once done, set them aside.

In a bowl combine boiled noodles, mashed potatoes, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Mix everything well.

Make a semi stiff dough by mixing everything. Once done, take small balls from the dough and stuff cheese cubes in it. Give it the shape of a cutlet. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or kadhai and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown from both sides.

Once done, serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
