  • Step 1 Prepare the liquid dough

    In order to prepare the dough, add flour in a bowl along with all the other spices. Mix the dry ingredients well.

  • Step 2 Add water

    Add coriander leaves and chopped garlic. Now add water to the bowl and whisk well. Add water in batches as per need and mix well to prepare a thin batter. The batter should be similar to that of cheela.

  • Step 3 Let the mixture rest

    Cover the bowl with a lid. Now let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4 Cook the parathas

    Now stir the mixture well, add salt and more water if needed. Heat the tawa on medium flame and add a few drops of oil.

  • Step 5 Pour the paratha mixture

    Pour the paratha mixture on the tawa and cook from both sides by applying some oil. Cook until golden brown.

  • Step 6 Ready to be served
