  • Step 1 Boil the corns and blend

    To make this delicious recipe, take a vessel over medium flame with water add in the corns and par boil them with a pinch of salt. In the meantime, cut the paneer into very small cubes. Once the corns attain a normal room temperature, drain the excess water and blend the corns with a tablespoon of oil, make sure the corns turn into a smooth paste.

  • Step 2 Make the pakoda mix

    Next, take a large bowl, pour the corn mixture, then add the coriander leaves, ginger paste, chilli paste and masalas. Give this mixture a nice stir and add gram flour, keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Then add water as required. Lastly add the small paneer cubes.

  • Step 3 Deep fry and serve hot!

    Take a kadhai and keep it on medium flame. Heat oil in the kadhai and deep fry the pakodas. Take them out and drain excess oil. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Tips :

  • If you want you can also grate the paneer to get a smooth consistency.

  • You can skip blending the corn and make this pakoda by mixing corn and paneer in a besan batter.

  • Make sure you reduce the flame, while pouring the pakoda batter with a spoon.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander chutney.
