Step 1 Mix the dry ingredients
To prepare this delicious snack recipe, take a large bowl and sift together all-purpose flour, green cardamom powder, baking soda and powdered sugar. Once these ingredients are mixed, add salt in the flour mix along with ghee and start mixing with your hand.

Step 2 Knead the biscuit dough
Now, add some water to the mixture if needed and knead a hard dough. Make 8-10 balls out of the dough and start rolling them into thick chapattis.

Step 3 Roll out the dough & cut diamond shapes
In the next step, cut the chapattis into desired shapes (preferably, diamond shape) and keep aside.

Step 4 Fry the biscuits until golden brown
Heat a pan with about 4-5 tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, place the biscuits into the pan and fry them over medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour. Keep them on a tissue paper so that it absorbs the extra oil. Serve them warm with masala tea or store it a container and enjoy whenever you like!
