Tandoori Egg Recipe
Super health, easy to make and delicious, this recipe is power-packed with all the things good. These tandoori eggs can be added to biryani or added to curry to make masala eggs.

Step 1 Prepare the marinade
In a bowl, combine besan, curd, lime juice, red chilli powder, tandoori masala and salt. Give a good mix.

Step 2 Coat boiled eggs
Cut the boiled eggs into half or quarters and coat them properly in the marinade.

Step 3 Pan fry the eggs
Heat one tbsp mustard oil in a tandoor/grill pan and let it heat. Now add marinated eggs to the pan and cook them from both sides, until golden brown. (You can also grill the eggs in an oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree C)

Step 4 Ready to be served
Once done, sprinkle some chaat masala, garnish with coriander leaves on top and serve.
