Ingredients:

For Garnishing :

  • 1 sliced & slit red chilli
  • 1 leaves parsley

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Boil kokum in water and keep aside. Grind all the ingredients and strain to extract all the juice.

  • Step 2

    Mix with strained kokum water and freeze overnight.

  • Step 3

    Grind in a mixie and freeze again. Repeat this process 3 times to get your sorbet ready.

  • Step 4

    Garnish the sorbet with red chili and parsley and serve.
