    Take the avocado and cut it vertically half it. Following that, remove the pit and scoop the avocado with a help of a spoon and keep it in a bowl.

    Next, switch on the griller and grill the corn on the cob from all its sides evenly for about 3-4 minutes and separate the kernels from the cob.

  • Step 3

    With the help of a fork, mash the avocado to gain consistency. In the same bowl, add the grilled corn, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice. Mix them together and add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
