Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Take a large bowl and crack open the eggs in it and add milk along with oil in the pan, whisk well. Whisk them until they are evenly combined into a mixture and keep the bowl aside.

    Now, blend one and a half cup of rolled oats, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and salt in a mixer until it turns into a fine powder.

    To the egg-milk mixture, add the rolled oats mixture and whisk them well. Once done, add the remaining rolled oats and plain them in the mixture and whisk them evenly. Make sure no crumbs are formed.

  • Step 4

    Now, put a non-stick pan on medium flame and grease well with olive oil. Pour one tablespoon of the batter on the pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some oil on the pancake and cook until it turns golden brown in colour. Make more such pancakes following the same procedure.

  • Step 5

    For serving, cut the banana into medium thick slices and roughly chop the almonds in a pan. Spread the banana slices over the pancakes and pour honey over them, and sprinkle the almonds. Serve hot and enjoy! (Note: You can add more nuts, as you like for a crunchier taste.)
