Mini Soya Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soya milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon refined oil

For The Main Dish :

  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Make a thin batter using soya milk, wheat flour, green chili, onions, coriander, baking powder, salt, and water. Mix them well to a thin consistency.

  • Step 2

    Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil.

  • Step 3

    Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.

  • Step 4

    Cook on both sides using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 5 more dosas.

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney, coconut chutney, or sambar.
