Step 1 Grind the dry fruits
Grind almonds, cashew and heavy cream together to make a fine paste.

Step 2 Mix milk and dry fruit paste
Boil the milk and add the dry fruit paste to it. Mix well and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add jaggery, cardamom powder and stir well.

Step 3 Freeze the kulfis
Let it cool down a bit and then pour in kulfi moulds. Let it freeze until set completely.

Step 4 Ready to be served
Once set completely, take out from moulds and serve.
