This Indian fusion Chicken Tikka Masala Pasta is creamy, flavorful, and easy to make in less than 30 minutes. Spaghetti cooked in the most delicious tikka masala sauce along with juicy chicken pieces, topped with cilantro, it has all you need for a warm satisfying dinner. Pasta has been a weeknight favorite for us, especially since I started making it in my instant pot. One of the best things about making pasta in Instant pot is that it gets ready in one-pot and takes less than 30 minutes. There is no better meal than delicious pasta on a busy weeknight after work. Yes...yes...there are lots of carbs, but hey..it is so good!

  • Step 1 Apply steak seasoning to the chicken

    To make this delicious recipe, preheat the grill to high heat. Apply steak seasoning on the chicken halves. (Note: steak seasoning can be prepared by mixing together salt, black pepper, garlic, and a tiny dash of chili flakes)

  • Step 2 Put the chicken to grill and cut it in half

    Now, grease the grill gate and put the chicken on the grill. Cook each side of the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes or until the juices are cleared out. After the chicken is grilled, remove it from heat and allow them to cool. Cut the halves of chicken into strips.

  • Step 3 Boil the pasta in salted water and drain

    In the meanwhile, take a deep bottomed vessel and boil the penne pasta in slightly salted water. Boil the pasta for around 8 to 10 minutes or until it turns soft. Now, drain the water and rinse the pasta with cold water to cool it down.

  • Step 4 Mix all the sauces and toss the chicken and pasta in it

    Next, take a large mixing bowl and combine all the sauces, mayonnaise, olive, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes together. Pop in the pasta and chicken into the mixture and toss well. You are now ready to rock this amazing dish.

Before you start making this chicken tikka pasta, you need to marinate the chicken pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and then coat the chicken pieces on all sides. Marinate it for about 30 minutes to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
