Well, the recipe looks very simple and easy to make but can be overwhelming for many novice cooks. perhaps the combination of ingredients used in this recipe can be immense. basically, the ingredients list includes grated bottle gourd, atta, semolina, and also besan. when all these ingredients combined in the correct proportion, it results in a great Gujarati snack as muthiya.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cup of Grate Bottle Gourd
- 1 Cup of Black Millet Flour
- 3tp Spoon Wheat Flour
- 2tp Spoon Semolina
- 2tp Spoon Gram Flour
- 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
- Red Chilli Powder ( As Per Needed)
- Salt ( As per Needed)
- 1/2 Piece Of Lemon Juice
- 1/2tp Spoon Suger
- 1/2tp Spoon Asafoetida powder
- 1tp Spoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2tp Spoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1tp Spoon Garlic Chilli Pest
- 1tp Spoon Fresh Malai
- 2tp Spoon Oil
- 1/2Cup of Coriander Leaves
- 1 Glass of Water
- 1/2 Piece Of lemon
For Tempering :
- 3tp Spoon Oil
- 1/2tp Spoon Black Mustard Seeds
- 1/2tp Spoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/2tp Spoon Chopped Garlic
- 2 to 3 Curry leaves
- 1/2tp Spoon Sesame seeds
For Making Dahi Tikhari :
- 4 to 5 Pieces of Garlic
- 2tp Spoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2tp Spoon Oil
- 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
- 1/2tp Spoon Asafoetida Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Yogurt
- Salt (As Per Test)
- Coriander Leaves (As Per Needed)
સામગ્રી:
- 2 કપ છીણેલી દૂધી
- 1 કપ બાજરી નો લોટ
- 3 ચમચી ઘઉંનો લોટ
- 2 ચમચી સોજી
- 2 ચમચી ચણાનો લોટ
- 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
- લાલ મરચું પાવડર (જરૂર મુજબ)
- મીઠું (જરૂરી મુજબ)
- 1/2 પીસ લીંબુનો રસ
- 1/2 ચમચી Suger
- 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ પાવડર
- 1 ચમચી સુકા મેથીની પાન
- 1/2 ચમચી શેકેલા જીરું નો પાવડર
- 1 ચમચી લસણ મરચું નીપેસ્ટ
- 1 ચમચી તાજી મલાઈ
- 2 ચમચી તેલ
- 1/2 કોથમીર
વઘાર માટે :
- 3 ચમચી તેલ
- 1/2 ચમચી રાય
- 1/2 ચમચી જીરું
- 1/2ચમચી છીણેલું લસણ
- 2 થી 3 મીઠા લીમડા ના પાંદડા
- 1/2 ચમચી તલ
દહીં તિખારી બનાવવા માટે:
- 4 થી 5 લસણના ટુકડા
- 2 ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
- 2 ચમચી તેલ
- 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
- 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ
- 1/2 કપ દહીં
- મીઠું (જરૂર મુજબ)
- કોથમીર (જરૂર મુજબ)
