    To prepare this recipe, prepare the marinade by mixing together chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a small bowl. Next, cut the fish into pieces and rub this marinade on the pieces and rest for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2 Batter for frying fish

    Next, prepare the batter for frying fish. For the same, take a bowl and mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, egg white and salt.

  • Step 3 Fry the fish

    Now, heat oil in a kadhai over medium flame. Once the oil is hot enough, take a fish piece and soak in the batter and add to the hot oil. Deep fry them until golden in colour.

    Now, chop capsicum, onion, garlic and spring onions in separate bowls. Then, put a pan over medium flame and add these veggies in it. Saute for 2-3 mins. Once done, add the fried fish, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soy sauce. Mix well. Next, add the cornflour paste and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and mix well, garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
