Ingredients:
- 1 boiled beetroot
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt as required
- 2 cup boiled, soaked overnight chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Step 1 Grind boiled beetroot
To prepare this delicious vegan dip, add boiled beetroot in the grinder and grind once.

Step 2 Grind chickpeas with beetroot to a paste
After grinding beetroot, add boiled chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to taste. Grind all the ingredients to a paste and once done. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil on the top and enjoy with vegan dishes.
