Ingredients:

  • 20 sliced apricots
  • 2 cup hung curd
  • 6 teaspoon sugar-free pellets
  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • Step 1

    Slice the golden apricots and put them in a pan along with water and half the sugar-free over medium flame. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

  • Step 2

    Bring the apricot mixture to a boil and cook on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.

  • Step 3

    Now, take the hung yogurt in another bowl and add the remaining sugar-free and mix.

  • Step 4

    Squeeze this mixture through a muslin cloth and put the prepared shrikhand in a stemmed glass.

  • Step 5

    Remove the stewed apricots from heat and put them on top of the shrikhand.

  • Step 6

    Garnish with pistachios, chill for a while and serve.
