  • Step 1 Heat oil and saute veggies

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add garlic and onion and saute for a while. Now add all the other veggies and lightly saute for 6-8 minutes.

  • Step 2 Cut chapati into long noodles

    Now cut thin slices of chapatis in the shape of long noodles.

  • Step 3 Add soy sauce and ketchup

    Now add soy sauce and ketchup to the kadhai. Add black pepper and salt as per your taste and mix.

  • Step 4 Lastly add the chapati noodles

    Lastly, add the chapati noodles to the kadhai and mix gently. Cook for the last 2-3 minutes with the lid on.

  • Step 5 Garnish and serve
