Step 1 Roast the nuts
Take a pan and put 1 spoon of ghee in it. Then roast all nuts in it for 5 mins and remove it. In the same pan, add some more ghee and put grated beetroot and carrots, and roast on the slow flame (till they get soft).

Step 2 Roast them all and make a mixture
After it gets soft, add sugar in that and roast properly. Once sugar gets melted add fried nuts in that and add 1/4 cup of milk. Once all the mixture is cooked well, add fresh shredded coconut along with cardamom powder, and keep it aside to completely cool.

Step 3 Make small balls and serve fresh
Take a small portion of the mixture and make balls/laddoos of it. Repeat the process to make more such balls.

Step 4 Pan fry and serve hot
Put a pan over medium flame and heat a little ghee in it. Put these balls on it and pan fry. Serve with ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
