Onion Raita Recipe
Onion Raita is an easy to make North Indian side dish recipe. Best served with biryani, this side dish recipe can be served with stuffed parathas too.
Onion Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 medium onion
- 2 finely chopped green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 100 gm yogurt (curd)
- 5 finely chopped mint leaves
For Garnishing :
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Recipe :

Step 1
Whip the curd till it is soft and smooth.

Add cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt, and mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with biryani of your choice.
