  • Step 1 Saute the ingredients

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the green cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Then add the onions and garlic and sauté till brown. Next, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook till they are soft

  • Step 2 Add spices to the mix

    Then, add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and saunf powder and fry for a minute. Add the chopped vegetables and peas and cook till tender. Add salt to taste.

  • Step 3 Top the MAGGI noodles with the vegetable mixture and serve

    Cook the MAGGI 2-minute noodles as per the pack instructions. In a serving dish, put half the cooked MAGGI noodles, then put half the cooked vegetables. Put the remaining MAGGI noodles and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried onions.
