Ingredients:
- 1 Bowl Pearl Flour
- 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- Garlic Red Chilli Powder (As Per Test)
- 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Pest
- 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- Pinch of Carom
- 1tp Spoon Sugar
- Salt (As Per Test)
- 1tp Spoon Coriander- Cumin Seeds Powder
- 2tp Spoon Oil
- 1 Glass Buttermilk
- Oil (For Deep Fry)
સામગ્રી:
- 1 બાજરી નો લોટ
- 1 કપ મેથીના પાન
- 1 કપ કોથમીર
- લસણ લાલ મરચું પાવડર (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ
- 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
- ચપટી હિંગ
- ચપટી અજમો
- 1 ચમચી ખાંડ
- મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1 ચમચી ધાણા - જીરું પાવડર
- 2 ચમચી તેલ
- 1 ગ્લાસ છાશ
- તેલ (તળવા માટે)
