Fusion Aglio E Olio Barley Black Fungus Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled barley pearls
- 4 boiled, soaked mushroom
- salt as required
- chilli flakes as required
- 50 gm edamame beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- oregano as required
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Step 1 Boil barley pearls and mushroom
To prepare this easy recipe, boil barley pearls in enough water in a deep pan over a medium flame. In another pan, boil black fungus dried mushroom (sliced) in some water on medium flame. Next, wash the edamame beans and chop them in a bowl.

Step 2 Saute mushrooms with barley and edamame
Put a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Next, sauté garlic in it for a few seconds and then add salt and oregano and chilli flakes as per your taste. Then, add boiled mushrooms in the pan and saute for 30 seconds. Now, add boiled barley and chopped edamame beans in it. Mix well.

Step 3 Serve hot
Turn off the flame and transfer the prepared salad in a bowl. (Note: You can put some chilli flakes on top for a spicy flavour.)
