Egg Crepes with Sausage Recipe

Egg Crepes with Sausage Recipe
Ingredients:
- 400 gm chicken sausage
- 100 gm low fat cream
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon low fat milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 egg whites
- chopped parsley as required

Step 1
To prepare the filling, chop the onions and add them to a large pan along with the sausages. Cook them for about 10 minutes on a medium flame. Add cream cheese and sour cream into the pan and stir firmly until the cream melts completely. Remove the pan from the flame, and keep aside for a while.

To prepare the crepes, place the egg, egg whites, and milk in a blender and whisk all the ingredients together. Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes. Pour 2 tablespoons egg mixture into centre of the pan, to form the crepes. Cook for about a minute, until the base turns crisp and brown. Turn the crepes over, and cook for a while.

Step 3
Spoon about 1/4 cup filling into the center of each crepe. Garnish them with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot!
